We want you to love your piece.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Returns

Unused prints, cards and stickers in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Final sale

Customized pieces and one-of-a-kind original paintings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. To start one, email sunheestudios@gmail.com with your order details.
